Em 1967, foi produzido um filme com imagens do subúrbio pobre de Brasília, mas este foi proibido por seus próprios patrocinadores. Cerca de quatro décadas depois, um novo grupo de profissionais busca encontrar o material cinematográfico integral, suas origens e os motivos de sua censura, além de apontar as mudanças nos locais filmados anteriormente.
