SINOPSE

The Union of Indigenous Nations, in an act of civil disobedience against State tutelage, coordinates a political movement for popular participation in the Constituent Assembly (1987/88). Twenty-five years later, the Indigenous Movement occupies the Plenary of the Chamber of Deputies and carries out a National Mobilization in Defense of Constitutional Rights threatened by the National Congress itself. The Kaiowa and Guarani Nation, oblivious to Law and Justice, reveals the testimonial narrative of the ongoing indigenous genocide in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.
